"SOPOLYMERPROM" LTD was established in 2016. The founders of the company were a group of European companies with many years chemical products for industrial use market experience.

The purpose of "SOPOLYMERPROM" LTD foundation was to establish a subsidiary on the territory of the Russian Federation, with direct access to both raw materials and production resources.

Highly qualified specialists with many years of experience in the commodity markets were involved into the project from the beggining.

According to focused and purposeful activities, the company managed to conclude a number of long-term cooperation agreements with the largest petrochemical companies in the territory of former CIS and EU countries from the first years of its existence.

The main priority was and remains the conclusion of contracts for processing of raw materials, as well as the lease of production facilities in order to produce innovative products according to our technological specs & regulations.

At the beginning of 2019 company founders set a course for the formation and development of its own production. As the result, several types of products were launched in the very center of the Russian chemical industry, in Dzerzhinsk.

Polyamide-6 based products were chosen as a primary target for the market. For the production company uses a polymerization plant equipment from Lurgi Zimmer GmbH. In the middle of 2020 company managed to produce first industrial batches of various products.

Since the beginning of 2021, the production of synthetic polyamide yarns and cord fabrics was started. Barmag-Spinnzwirn GmbH, Scharer Schweiter Mettler AG equipment is used for the production of threads and yarns, as well as weaving equipment from Benninger and Picanol for fabrics.

For 2022 more new and existing products are planned for further expansion.

Starting from 2021, the company offers up to 1200 tons of polyamide-6 monthly to the market. The rest of the produced polyamide-6 volume is used for wide range of polyamide industrial yarn, which in turned into cord fabrics, conveyor belts and wide range of other rubber-based products.

Due to successful implementation of the project and products line-up, our company is now focused on building up a solid foundation for success on chemical commodities target markets, providing its partners with high-quality products on a long-term and sustainable basis.
